Positive: Beautiful house with a outstanding architecture including Japanese architecture styles, tall trees and garden, lovingly built with eye for every detail. Nice, peaceful society off the main road. Spacious and lux rooms. Wonderfull staff. Incredible view of the snow clad mountains from the balcony. With a refreshing wind blowing and the view, we spent 3 lovely evenings sitting and chatting in the balcony. Most of all, Aditya is a wonderful, generous and friendly host and the home made cuisine is mouth watering. We had the good fortune to meet Aditya’s parents. They are elegant and wonderful! Wish we had a few more days. There cannot be a better place to stay in scenic Palampur.

Positive: The host Aditya was very involved and helpful.... Always there to help! Very receptive and positive! The whole place was clean and tidy. View from the shared balconywas simply breathtaking and one couldn't get enough of it!!

Positive: The balcony is exactly like the photos! We just sat there and enjoyed the view! The room is clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely. Very close to the centre of town but very quiet at night. Dog friendly with a great field to let them run in just 2 minutes walk. The best thing was Aditya and his family, they are so lovely and helpful and knowledgable we had a lovely time talking to them. We wanted to stay here forever!

Positive: This place was exactly what we were looking for. On one hand – the rooms were modern, spacious, convenient and clean. The beds were very wide and comfortable, the shower was good. Good Wi-Fi connection and a TV. There were excellent closets and a lot of space. But with all this, it was still a homestay – not disconnected from the environment. We were lucky that the hosting family was there (that might not always be the case, since they have another house and homestay which is not in Palampur) and they are exceptionally nice and warm. The operating host is Aadi. He and his father speak excellent English and have a lot of knowledge, so it was interesting to talk to them and learn from them. They have a little garden (not for sitting) where they lovingly grow fruit trees, and where the most amazing butterflies kept showing up. There is also a Nepali lady named Sapna working in the house. She hardly speaks English, but she has the biggest smile and a lot of good will, and that’s enough for connecting and communicating 😊 The house is located in a quiet residential street with nice houses, a short walk from a busy street (busy streets in India are interesting!) and a long walk from the market. We had two double rooms which were connected by a spacious sitting porch, overlooking the quiet street.
