Summary: The accommodations actually consisted of three units in one building without sound insulation; very noisy from other units. Did not receive information on how to enter the unit & had to search for someone to assist. One bedroom was very adequate while the second bedroom had no mirror (the other bedroom had 2) and 9 decorative pillows on bed but not one with a pillow case for sleeping. Bed in same room was not very comfortable. Property had security and landscape lighting, but those shown into the unit of stay with only white blinds on the windows; not conducive for sleep. Parking was not marked. Bathroom is very small and tight; little space to hang towels. Living room and kitchen/eating area were adequate but no directions for successfully using television in living room or bedrooms. Seemed to have lots of streaming but no channels to provide network news. Contacted owner prior to stay regarding refund of pet fee. Indicated that was possible, but have made numerous attempts to receive the refund in past 6 weeks but have been told I would receive it when checking in to "oh, I forgot." Still no refund and pet was not on property.

Summary: Allison was wonderful to work with ! She went far beyond my expectations to make our stay enjoyable. The house was perfect, tastefully furnished and impeccably clean. After check-in she called to offer assistance for any question or need we might have had. A most delightful stay !!!
