Great spot for leaf peeping in the fall, skiing in the winter and porch sitting in the spring/summer. A quaint corner of New England--close to art, culture,music events, and small town Main Street destinations year round.

Summary: Very stylized home with every amenity you'd ever need. Everything worked and we were comfortable. The only odd thing is that the home has a major lean, she's listing like a wounded battleship. There about a 1 foot unlevel condition from one side of the home to the other. That didn't seem to bother anyone else in the family but me. If you're a contractor, this house will drive you insane. Almost nothing is level, or done by the book. This house needs hand rails and proper steps on the outside entrance. She's not for the daft of foot. Well it's Vermont! So we'll call it Vermont level, Vermont Clean and Vermont Built. In the end a good time was had by all. Large Dining Hall style table was perfect for a tight knit family. It's a nice enough place in a remote location that was quiet and peaceful. All the bathrooms functioned and the heat and fire place made us comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pans, etc. Felt like home.

Summary: Yvonne's place was great. Everything as promised. Well equipped kitchen, great tableware. Super comfy beds with excellent sheets. Great spot. We were worried that the rooster next door would be a bother but he wasn't! Considerate chap, that Gustave. We had some problems with the wifi but they were fairly minor. Everything worked great, the house instructions were super clear, and we had a lovely time.

Summary: We rented this great house to be close to where our son was making his senior film for college. It was great to have a full kitchen to make meals for them and bring them to the set. We also had the extra beds we needed for his actors. The house was clean and well stocked. The owner replied to any question I had immediately. We had a great weekend!

Summary: Beautiful country home with a true Vermont feel. Rustic barn revival with everything you could need for a family vacation! Truly a gem. Comfortable beds and bedding with a fully stocked kitchen. Close to town and ski resorts. Tucked away in the countryside allowing for true serene beauty. Yvonne was a gracious and caring host. We will definitely be back, highly recommended rental!!

Summary: Yvonne’s place made us feel so relaxed and at home with its warm and cozy vibe for our family ski weekend. Having 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds is a huge plus, as is the wood stove. The kitchen had everything we needed. Communication was excellent. She made us feel very welcome. We’ll look forward to coming back with much pleasure!

Summary: We enjoyed this home very much with its lovely, open layout and warm living room with fireplace and separate TV room. Each of 4 bedrooms was well appointed and we’re especially impressed with the efficient kitchen space! The property is beautiful but due to winter season, we didn’t get to explore it. Yvonne is very communicative and gracious! We highly recommend 1033 Burrington Hill Rd!

Summary: The house is eclectic but inviting and very comfortable. We enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit, watching deer in the field on a rainy day and taking little adventure walks. Kitchen is nicely equipped, plenty of towels, beds were comfortable. Loved that there were dog crates so we didn’t have to bring our own like we usually do. Owner is accommodating and very sweet. We’d love to go back in the fall for foliage.

Summary: My husband and I regularly rent Vrbo properties to just get away from it all and to be able to bring our pup with us too. This converted barn has a fun and funky layout that we all enjoyed. The upstairs bathrooms appear recently renovated and there is plenty of room in this home to spread out. The kitchen was very well stocked - important for me because I love to cook on my Vrbo getaways! Our host, Yvonne, was very accommodating and it is always a nice touch to arrive to a property and receive some treats to welcome us. The property is well suited to bring a dog and it's clear that Yvonne must adore her own furry loves. We'd certainly consider returning if we again look to rent a property in southern VT!
