A peaceful apartment settled in a historic, country setting. Located 10-15 minutes from Harrisonburg, VA - the home of the JMU Dukes!
The apartment sleeps 1 - 4 individuals comfortably. One bedroom apartment with a pullout sofa in the living room and an air mattress.
Sleeping space will include a full size bed in a private bedroom, a full size pullout sofa in the living room, and a full size air mattress. The air mattress is located in the dining room closet.
There is one full bathroom stocked with towels and enough toiletries to get you started on your stay away from home.
You will also find a full kitchen that is fully equipped with the most common essentials. Bring your own groceries and feel right at home with home cooked meals. A dining area is included as well as a small space to work remotely. Wi-Fi included.
A perfect location at a perfect price! A beautiful spot to take a morning or evening walk. Secluded enough to escape the city noise, but close enough to enjoy the city dining and shopping options.
We are also located very close to several great attractions including Massanutten Ski Resort, Skyline Drive, Rocky Run (ATV Trail), and Luray Caverns.
If you are looking for easy access to dining, shopping, and being adventurous, but want to escape from the city life, this is the place for you!!
We have a small driveway, so we recommend one vehicle per guest. You are welcome to use the middle bay of the garage, but we don’t recommend backing in. You may also use the left side of the driveway if you don’t want to utilize the garage.
Breakfast is available on Saturday and Sunday with 24 hours advance notice at the price of $8 per guest. Please message host to place your order. Guest should Cash App host the cost of the meal when making the request. Cash App info will be provided upon request for order.
Breakfast is served from 7am to 10 am on Saturday and Sunday at guest request. Breakfast options include:
2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, 2 pieces of pork sausage links, and 2 slices of toast

2 eggs and 2 large buttermilk pancakes and one choice of breakfast meat.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Beautiful country location with amazing views on the drive to this location. Apartment and amenities were as listed in the description. Patty was very responsive and offered her assistance if we had any problems. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We loved that the entry was self-serve and flexible because we were coming in late and leaving early. The communication was steady and timely from the owner. The pullout sofa I actually found quite comfortable as was the queen bed itself. I would have liked to have a bit more kitchen options, utensils, bowls, plates, etc. but the coffee was nice and the touches of home (card games, snacks) were great. Final thing would be to have windows that open. I like to get fresh air in and it was not fun to open the windows only to find there was an additional layer of glass behind every screen, which as odd. Overall, not enough to take off a star or anything. Cute place, clean, and good communication always win!

Summary: Very nice and quiet neighborhood away from the extra town crowd. Only one thing I would add is that bedroom door and bathroom door needs to have privacy locks in the future.

Summary: We had a nice weekend. The property was as described except it was no longer a 2 bedroom apartment as listed on VRBO. The second bedroom is a dining area now. We were a group of three so it worked out okay. Everything was neat, clean, and cozy. 🙂

Summary: We drove in from central PA for one night to attend an area wedding, and wanted lodging more spacious and cost effective than a motel. This property was perfect: peaceful setting with much character, and as the title says, impeccably clean. Patty & John are very pleasant and attentive hosts, and quickly replied to our messages.
