Positive: Coffee place was super close.. the pillows were comfy. The play tables were a hit. Water temps were amazing. We got bar soap, shampoo and conditioner. Half hour drive from bryce canyon.
Negative: There was hair in the shower that did not belong to my bald hubby or myself. The days were not extremely hot but it felt stuffy and hot in the rooms without a ceilings fan.

Positive: The house was great, spacious and comfortable for my family. It has provided us comfort home away from home. The view is spectacular. You can stay in the living room watching sunrise if you can get up early. Also not to far from Bryce Canyon. Will stay again if I come back in the area.
Negative: Try not to let too many flies inside the house.

Positive: The location was very convenient - absolutely perfect for what we wanted to do over the course of a few days, and that was visit some of the local National Parks. It was situated between Bryce Canyon National Park (about a 30 minute drive) and Zion National Park (about an hour drive from the East entrance and 80 minutes from the Visitor's Center and Shuttle area). The house was very clean and spacious, situated in the small town of Hatch. Check in was a breeze! There were numerous updated appliances and they all functioned properly. Plenty of towels and other items. The property host was always quickly available to answer any text or email questions we had. Excellent communication!
Negative: The following are personal preference observations only; not intended to show disappointment with any aspects of our stay. (1) The one television was located in the very large loft area (exceptionally spacious!). Hard to watch television in the late evening hours when the young ones were sleeping in the loft area. But not a big deal since we could access the internet to view items on our personal electronic devices. (2) The house was located near the Sevier River, and not really on the river (the river did not border the property and we could not find any way to access the river from the property). However, from the front porch you could hear the sound of the calming river flowing. We weren't there for river activities. so this was also not a big deal for us.
Summary: Very much enjoyed our stay in this spacious house! Would rent it again; highly recommend to others!

Positive: The location was perfect for all of our daily excursions. And the home was fantastic for our family. We really did enjoy it.
Negative: The master bedroom bed is super stiff and uncomfortable. The remote to the tv upstairs isn’t synced and wouldn’t work. Could use some new ping pong paddles. The dishwasher has a metal piece that is broken and makes it difficult to slide the lower rack in and out. These weren’t a big deal but thought we would mention them in case you want to fix any of them.
Summary: We had a wonderful spring break and enjoyed the cabin. Thank you!
