Summary: We rented the cabin for 3 nights for me and my husband, our 15 year old son and our two miniature schnauzers. We were greeted and directed to our cabin by our host Adele, who was very friendly and helpful. She included a welcoming present for each member or our family including our dogs! The cabin was clean and tastefully decorated and had everything we needed including extra supplies in the bathroom and kitchen and a BBQ on the porch. The surroundings were private and stoning! It was a treat to wake up to the mountains view and the company of horses, cows and wild life! We’re very impressed by the large and perfectly mantain swimming pond that we enjoyed a lot during our hot summer stay! Adele and John are so friendly and made us feel at home. Would recommend this place to every one. We will return!

Summary: The Rustic Cabin was as advertised, and so much more. It was set up for the total comfort of its visitors - fully equipped kitchen, wifi, TV, DVD movies, books, luxurious linens, etc. It was surrounded by fields of horses, cows, chickens, and two delightful dogs. Plus an amazing pond to swim in. Best of all were the two amiable hosts, always available to help in any way. All in all, a wonderful place for us for a week of rest and recreation.

Summary: We had a great stay. Adele and John were friendly and gracious hosts, and the added visits with resident dogs Billie and Peggy were fun. This cabin is exactly as shown in the pictures and was full of thoughtful added touches and pantry items. The area is a picturesque valley of fields, farms and streams surrounded by mountains. The front porch was a great spot to spend hours reading and taking in the sounds of nature. We loved it here and hope to return one day.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Adele and John’s lovely cabin. It has stunning mountain views, quiet country side and a great swimming pond! The cabin was so well stocked and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking. Adele and John were so wonderful and accommodating. Thanks for everything.

Summary: easily accessible from Port Alberni, this cozy cabin is as charming as the hosts. The modern amenities are integrated in a rustic decor that anticipate everything you need to relax. The horses, grassy meadow, and towering mtns emanate a peaceful atmosphere. So sit on the protected gorgeously decorated patio in rain or shine. Go for a dip in their swimming pond and then have a hot shower with fluffy white towels. Sit under an amazing canopy of stars with the propane fire warming your toes. Test your gourmet skills in a clean well equipped kitchen. Your sleeps will be deep.
