Positive: Beautiful property close to the city centre, big rooms, looks new, good breakfast, beautiful pool. Outdoor gated parking for a motorcycle. Comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower.

Positive: The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were able to stay a bit in the pantry area even after our checkout.

Negative: The bathroom is very basic and doesnt match the price of the hotel room.

Summary: It is a 5-8 minutes walk to the center, good location and friendly staff

Positive: The lady who served breakfast was lovely

Negative: The shower leaked the whole time which then made a puddle at the base of the toilet bowl, every time you used the toilet you would get wet feet. The wifi doesn’t work in all the rooms. The shower head was fixed once we asked for it to be fixed. Would be great if the mini fridge and kettle didn’t have to share one power plug, this was annoying when needing to use the kettle and then re-plugging in the fridge. The hotel kindly offered the hot air balloon for €130 however it was only €50 on the street at many shops on the same day. That was a kick in the guts feeling over charged.

Summary: Wouldn’t stay here again.

Positive: The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff was awesome. They were just really happy and helpful. Food was good.

Negative: Advertised as rustic caves however I think it is a bit deceiving. You are not staying in one of the large stone structures, you are staying close to the main business strip and the room is actually underground. The pool was not in good shape. It still might be early in the season however it was just a big green mess
