Located only 25 minutes from hiking trails in the Bankhead National Forest, welcome spring in this 2 BR 2BA rustic chic cabin offering a relaxing weekend on Smith Lake! The lake is chilly for swimming now, but summer is coming and our slough is perfect for lazy swimming and parking the boat in calm water at our dock.
Located on Bear Branch slough, kayakers and fishermen are the main traffic on this quiet part of the lake. Watch the deep colors of the sunset as you make s'mores at the firepit and enjoy beverages on our screened in porch. Wake up to misty views of the lake as you drink your coffee from our well-stocked Keurig.

Summary: I can't say enough about Lake Dreams!! We had the best time! The cabin was very clean & was stocked with everything needed and then some! We love that it wasn't out on the main channel of water so our kids could swim and paddle board without having to worry about the boat traffic & waves. We're looking forward to staying here again!

Summary: Every aspect of our stay here was wonderful! Kate is an amazing and responsive host, and she helped make booking the place simple. The cabin is cozy, clean, and inviting. We traveled with our infant son and there was enough space in the bedroom for his travel crib with room to spare. The location of the house on the lake is ideal - quiet and peaceful. We can't wait to go back!
