Summary: My wife and I stayed here on a quick getaway 3 years ago. We had a wonderful experience and were hoping for the same this time. It was a little disappointing. The house has deteriorated over the last 3 years and is musty in places. The a/c units are loud and need updating. The internet did not work for our stay and the TVs had to be run off of our hotspot which is super inconvenient. The location is great but the house needs to have some TLC. A couch in the living room with the larger tv would be nice. There isn’t a good place to sit together. Thank for the stay. Hope some of these items are addressed.

Summary: This house had so much character! And was close to town. We were in town for a girls trip, and had so much fun! Beds were comfortable house had everything we need (except trash bags no biggie) the living room could use a couch so everyone could hang out but we just piled up in the beds or the dining table!!! The jacuzzi tub room was so ZEN… lots of closet space which was a plus. We would book again for sure!!! 💙

Summary: My husband and I stayed here for our 1st Anniversary trip/vacation. It was the perfect size, location and ambiance for us! We loved the cleanliness, decor, jacuzzi tub and peaceful surroundings. The few questions we had were always answered immediately by our friendly host. We also loved that we were so close to downtown Hot Springs. This was our first vacation home rental experience and it was great! If we ever come back to Hot Springs we would definitely consider staying here again.

Summary: Check in was great however the window unit ac would not cool off entire home. Seating in living room was horrible two uncomfortable chairs. Shower leaks extremely bad from underneath. Steps on front porch are rotten. The area is close to downtown which was great but the actual house is not in a good area. If you plug anything in such as a hair dryer you blow the breaker. I think it could be a great place just needs some tlc and tending to.

Summary: It was a comfortable place, with all me and my wife needed to enjoy and celebrate our anniversary. Very clean and will definitely recommend to others.

Summary: We left super exhausted from not having comfortable beds. The bed in master has a broken board in middle. There needs to be some sort of loveseat or working recliners in living room. The big whirlpool was nice but be careful getting in. This is an accident waiting to happen. The bathhouse needs better blinds or curtains over windows. You pay a high fee for cleaning and The bed cover had some sort of crumbs on top of it. And I guess the person who cleans left a pair of sheets in the wash. They reeked of a mildew smell when you opened the wash. There wasn’t any detergent in the house. The neighborhood looked sketchy but we had no problems there. This place could be worth the money if they would read their reviews and fix what their customers keep saying. We would’ve spent less staying at a hotel with all of the amenities. One bathroom is not enough for a house that sleeps 6. They also need to supply the kitchen with a pair of scissors. You end up spending double of what’s listed because of hidden fees. SO WATCH OUT!!
