The Space:
Villa Frangipani is a spacious villa is ideally located in the resort. it's within walking distance of the booming Coral Estate Centre. However, maybe you prefer spending time in and around the villa itself? Take a dip in the spacious private swimming pool or spot the many birds that will visit because of the beautiful frangipani trees in the large garden.
This villa has several levels, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Which all are accessible by going up or down half a couple of steps. Therefore, the villa sleeps a maximum of 8 guests. In the kitchen nothing stops you from cooking a delicious plate (if you feel like it).

Villa Frangipani is located on Villa Park Coral Estate, a beautiful gated resort in Banda Abou. The resort has 24/7 security and is located near several wonderful beaches, perfect for swimming, diving and snorkeling. From the villa you can go to Coral Estate Centre by foot where you have the option to go to the beach, the spa, the bakery, restaurant ‘Karakter’, roof top bar ‘Bar Koraal’ and the dive shop. At bakery ‘Bread & More’ you can buy fresh bread, coffee, smoothies and the best cakes and pies (also to go!). The latest addition is 'Pizza & More'. Villapark Coral Estate is safe, luxurious, spacious and located in the middle of nature, directly near the Caribbean Sea.
Getting Around:
It is definitely a must to have a car on the island, as all tourist destinations are far away from each other and public transport is most of the time highly busy. Taxi's are also highly accessible and affordable.
Other Things to Note:
Fresh bed linen and crispy towels will be expecting guests upon arrival.

Summary: This villa in Coral Estates is truly a dream if you want to live as a European abroad or an islander. It is a huge property with a backyard pool that is maintained twice a week. I've traveled a lot and this was by far the best accommodations that I've ever booked. The good: The view is absolutely breathtaking. The wildlife is all around you. The security is amazing in Coral Estates. The 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms will give your family the privacy that it needs. The common areas (living room, kitchen, pool, outside eating area) are expansive. The wifi is about as strong as on the whole island. The birds greet you in the morning when you wake up. They get close but don't infringe on your meals. The ocean is only a block away. There is a pizza delivery restaurant just one block away from this villa. Two bars and three restaurants are just one block away. The villa is extremely clean and any services are only a text away from being filled. The check in process was very easy as well. The cons: Do not expect to live like an American here. There is no central A/C. So the common areas are breezy but warm. You have to open all of the windows and back doors in order to get a breeze in your living areas. The bathrooms have mini-split A/C's that keep you very cool at night. Also the 4 bathrooms don't all have hot water. There are only 2 hot water points in the entire house. The master bathroom and the kitchen. Expect cool or lukewarm showers in the other 3.5 bathrooms. We are already planning our next stay in Curacao and we will try to book this property again. Jesper, Gregory and Joy were also great to work with during the check-in/check out process. Again it's beautiful, but not a luxury hotel. So don't bring people who need a lot of pampering. There will be mosquito bites because your common areas are open, and it will not be a perfect 75 degrees in those areas. Love, love, love this property.
