4 Bedroom Cottage in Hammondsport

The perfect spot for a perfect vacation on Keuka Lake. This rustic cottage has a fantastic view of Lake; a large upper deck with patio tables where you can relax and read your favorite author, soak up the sun and have dinner with your family and friends. If you prefer to be closer to the water, there is a large dock where you can sit and sun or run and jump into the most refreshing water of the Finger Lakes.
A large fully stocked kitchen allows for cooking, baking and seating of up to 12. If you don't feel like cooking indoors; we provide a grill for the outdoor grill enthusiast.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, one with 2 full beds, one with 1 full bed and twin bed and the two front bedrooms have a large bay window with a view of the lake and a queen bed.
You and your family and friends will enjoy the location, the fresh clean warm water, the commanding view and amenities offered here.

Summary: This property is in the perfect location. The outdoor space is unbelievable! Lake accessibility is great and safe. The house is perfect for our stay… four couples that wanted to have a lakeside weekend getaway. Clean house, well equipped kitchen, bathrooms on both floors of the house and one lower for access from outside. We absolutely LOVED it here and are already planning our next trip to stay here.

Summary: The house isn’t fancy, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, especially if you spend most of your time outside. The lake view and access is great and we had fun kayaking, swimming and fishing. Teens and grandparents both had a nice time.

Summary: Privacy was excellent, no one around to bother us. Ease of fishing & tube floating good. We all had kayaks so that was a must of easy access to water. Deck was dirty so we washed off tables & chairs but no big deal. I would have wiped them anyways. Ease to grill from kitchen was great. Biggest bother was the steps. So thankful for the elevator

Summary: When we arrived, the doors were locked. Tried contacting owners numerous times…. When we were able to reach the husband, we were cursed out. The deck and view were amazing, although I would not recommend this rental to the elderly. The steps (40+) were steep. Although the house sleeps12, there is not enough seating in the living room. The air conditioner’s definitely need a cleaning. We had to shut them off due to a strong odor.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Mary’s place. It was clean and was as advertised. We loved the lake front and the kiddos (my 18,21,&24 yr olds) enjoyed the kayaks. It was perfect for the 8 of us. Mary was easy to talk to and communicating with her was a breeze. We would go back and stay again if it’s available the next time we are in town. Thank you Mary!!

Summary: We loved the location and outdoor space. House interior could have been better maintained and cleaned before we arrived. No large indoor hanging around space or place to do a puzzle or play a game. Kitchen table is large picnic table and benches and not that comfortable. Not huge deal breakers because we spent as much time as possible outdoors.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at Mary’s home in keuka lake! The property had everything we needed to feel at home! There was a huge deck where we spent the majority of our time in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen was large as well and accommodated our group of 8 and our 2 dogs perfectly! The access to the lake via the new stairs was convenient as well, especially with our 2 younger children! They had a blast playing in the water! We also enjoyed the kayaks and 2 tiered lawn space! The only thing this house lacks is a large living room space for tv/movies during inclement weather. This was not really an issue because we did spend the majority of time outside. We will definitely be staying there again! Mary was very easy to keep in touch with and checked in with us as needed during our stay, thank you again Mary for allowing us to stay in your lovely home!
