Summary: This getaway was exactly what we were looking for. Very private setting, peaceful and quiet. We were impressed at how well kept the cabin and property was. We enjoyed fires by the lake, hiking a few trails in the area, kayaking and fishing. We brought our 84 yr old Dad with us, and it was wonderful spending quality time with him and making beautiful memories. Paul was a wonderful host, very accommodating, accessible, and helpful. Would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a stress free getaway!!!

Summary: My husband and I so enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The location was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed meals on the screened in porch enjoying the lake view. There was easy access for our kayak and paddleboard as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Summary: We really have enjoyed staying at this rustic cottage. Lake Pleasant is beautiful and great for swimming. This is our 2nd time staying here. We had multiple campfires making s'mores, cooking breakfast in a cast iron skillet and enjoying sitting around the fire reading. The screened in porch as great for playing board games on the picnic table and drinking our coffee in the morning. Paul is a great host. Thanks Paul!

Summary: We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely setting in the Adirondack mountains on Lake Pleasant. The cottage was located in the woods with a good amount of privacy. We took our adult children and their families. We had a fish fry from the fish that were caught in the lake. The only problem was the first panel of the dock was a little steep to get onto main dock for our boat. Also the sofa bed was not comfortable and the queen size bed mattress was not comfortable. But we would go back again because we loved the setting and the cottage was rustic which we wanted and enjoyed very much. The owner Paul was very responsive to our questions.
