Evergreen Cabin is the 2nd largest cabin in the Rustic Lodge.
It is attached to Rustic Cabin by 1 wall and fence on back deck.
You can rent 1 cabin, or all 3 cabins.
This Cabin has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 comfortably. Nestled on 5 1/2 acres and at the end of the road. Private, peaceful and newly remodeled. You have your own hot tub right outside the master bedroom, on your own private deck, with privacy curtain to close out any neighbors. The newly remodeled kitchen is large and bright. The large front yard is a common space for all the units to enjoy, with trails to find your Zen, picnic tables hidden away in the secret gardens for a quite little meal. Quite and peacefulness all around and within approx. 8 min to the beach and town, approx.10 min to golf or fish.
As with all our cabins we are Pet friendly with paid pet fee of $50 for up to 2 pets.
We just ask that you please clean up after them. There is a pet wash located in the Garage.
Sorry no parking trailers, RVs, & No tent camping allowed on property.

although we do have a Cell service Booster on the property,

We have put additional security measures in place.
Prior to your arrival information being sent to you we require the make, model, color and license plate number with state of any vehicle that will be on the property. We also require the names of all guests staying or visiting our property that is 18yrs of age or older, this is for security purposes only. Thank you for understanding.
We do not allow smoking or vaping inside the home, must be at least 10ft from any opening. We also do not allow the processing (trimming/ packaging ect...) of marijuana in any way in side any of our cabins. Please keep this out side. If we find a trace (smell or product) there will be a $500.00 fee charged.

Summary: We loved it so much that we stayed several extra day's. Location is up the mountain and a little tricky but worth it. Someone must feed the birds, they come and peek on the window early in the morning to let you know there ready. We will defiantly be back!

Summary: This was a peaceful , meditative experience…exactly what I was looking for. The property felt remote yet was only a few minutes from Brookings. It was clean and well appointed. I would definitely book this property again.

Summary: THIS COMFORTABLE HOUSE WAS ADEQUATE FOR BOTH OF US AND OUR 2 STANDARD POODLES . EXCEPT FOR THE TWO NICELY REMODELLED BATHROOMS ON THE MAIN LEVEL, THE REST OF THE HOUSE WAS ANTIQUATED , BUT EVERY THING WAS FUNCTIONNAL . THE LARGE SUNNY MASTER BEDROOM SITUATED ON THE MAIN LEVEL , OPENED UP TO AN ENJOYABLE DECK AND HOT TUB . THE SECOND LEVEL HAD TWO SHORT BEDS , NO DRESSER OR WARDROBE .THE OUTSIDE WAS WELL MAINTAINED WITH A LOVELY SHORT TRAIL ENDING WITH TWO GARDEN CHAIRS, A NICE SURPRISE . WE FIND THE DOG BATH VERY PRACTICAL . THE BEACHES , RIVERS AND HIKING TRAILS WERE CLOSE BY AND BEAUTIFUL. THE WEATHER WAS PERFECT DURING THE WHOLE MONTH . THE BEACH FRONT BISTRO WAS OUR FAVORITE RESTAURANT , GOOD FOOD AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE .

Summary: Quiet clean cabin on a tucked in property with little traffic. Wifi and cell signal are terrible at the cabin so make sure you have everything you need before going. Also the showers are some of the smallest I've ever used and the stairs are quite steep and hard to navigate and hazardous in the dark. Overall a 3.5 out of 5.

Summary: Came to Bookings today to visit with a terminally ill friend. We had a good visit and a nice cozy cabin to stay in very rustic area . Cabin had lots of extra amenities . Would stay again.

Summary: Our family consisting of 6 adults and 2 children had the most magical time at the cabin. There was plenty of room for all of us, directions were easy to follow, and the access to the beach and town was only minutes away. We enjoyed the path to the creek, running around in the yard, and my grandson just LOVED the firepit. It was truly lovely and we so apppreciated that it was pet friendly. We would like to rent both the Evergreen and the Main cabin for our stay next time! Thank you again for making our stay wonderful!
