Welcome to Casa Ana Maria! Plan your next Tucson visit to our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath expertly renovated rustic, modern home.
We are near to the University of Arizona and Downtown Tucson with a number of great restaurants close by.
Smart home with voice-activated lighting, voice-activated thermostat and an Amazon Echo device in every room. Lights and thermostat can still be controlled manually.
All beds including the pull out sofa bed have comfortable memory foam mattresses. USB charging stations on every nightstand and in our fully-equipped kitchen. Blackout or light filtering curtains in all rooms. Washer and dryer on site.
Kitchen is fully stocked:
• dishes and silverware for 10
• cooking utensils
• an assortment of pots and pans
• appliances including microwave, gas stove, slow cooker, toaster, crockpot, Keurig and dishwasher.

Summary: Great home base for U of A parents weekend. We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room, nicely stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and clean.

Summary: It was a nice place. Nothing fancy but was clean, very well stocked and served my family needs. I didn’t care for the dark colored linens but that’s just my personal opinion. One suggestion I’d give is to maybe supply a box or two of Kleenex around the house but all in all was a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend to friends. Thank you!

Summary: Great house near campus! Our family, which consists of three teenagers, found the house to be welcoming, stocked with everything we needed, in a great location and beautifully decorated. We will definitely stay here again!

Summary: Darling historical remodel in great neighborhood, close to everything. Well stocked, fantastic yard and patio with fan, grill and a couple yard games. Hosts communicative and easy to reach with questions. Been coming to Tucson for 6 years to visit kids at U of A, best rental near campus we have found by far! Hope to be back soon during our last year with a student attending!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Blenman - Elm. Our family of 6 fit comfortably and it was conveniently located near U of A doe the college graduation. The house was well equipped with towels/linens, toilet paper, and bathroom necessities. Great place to stay when visiting U of A!

Summary: The owners of this property have a perfect formula for their rental homes. This is the second property in Tucson we stayed in and it was just as wonderful as the first. The home was decorated in a Tucson theme with murals and art. The technology is amazing with Alexa in every room and smart temperature controls. This property was in a very nice historic neighborhood close to everywhere we wanted to go. It has an expansive back portal where we had dinner most evenings with great lighting and a nice fan. The beds are all first rate foam mattresses and special attention is paid to black out drapes in the bedroom so you can get a restful night's sleep. They pay attention to every detail and could honestly start a franchise to teach others how to do VRBO right!
