Summary: We rented this cabin with two other families and we each had two kids between the ages of 2-9. The property had plenty of room for the kids to run, jump, and play games. We all loved the kayaks. There are plenty of boats/kayaks, paddles and life jackets so that several people could be on the water at once. The cabin itself is well kept with plenty of room. The garage is turned into a game room with a ping pong table, pool table, pin ball game, and NBA Jam arcade. The kids and adults both enjoyed this room. The upstairs loft room next to the “kids bedroom” had a TV and Super Nintendo replica with several pre loaded games for when the kids finished playing and paddling outside. The fire pit right out back is very large with plenty of seating. We brought some kids fishing poles and they had a blast fishing! There is a small charcoal grill near the fire pit but we ended up using the larger ones down by the lake. Overall, this place was amazing and exceeded all our expectations. It comfortably fit 6 adults and 6 kids and we were able to create lasting memories with our friends and family. Would love to rent this place again!

Summary: Went here with friends for a spring break trip and totally blown away with the house and surrounding property, looks even better than photos! Had so much fun, no complaints, had everything I needed to cook meals for everyone, the place is isolated but about a 10 minute drive to a large area of stores and restaurants, my friends had a great time on the basketball court, an perfect place overall!

Summary: Had the absolute best weekend in this beautiful cabin! Love the fire pit, outdoor lights, games in the garage and so much more. Beds were super comfortable too. I would book this property again and can’t recommend it enough!

Summary: Decided to look for a vacation home instead of staying at a hotel. We have family in Topeka and the rustic cabin was perfect. We traveled with my 6 months old granddaughter and it worked out so well.

Summary: There were four of us who stayed here for a night since it was close to Lawrence and we were going to the KU basketball game. Beautiful property and very clean! We enjoyed exploring the property and loved the firepit at night. Owners had timely responses. Only complaint was the bed in downstairs bedroom very hard and uncomfortable, needs a new mattress. Downstairs shower was either very hard to figure out or there wasn't hot water. Two of us took showers and had the same problem. Not sure about the upstairs bathroom, no one used it. Upstairs king bed was good. Plenty of space, lots of games, and a great place to kick back. Overall, a great experience.
