Summary: This cottage is fantastic. The owner left beer, condiments, snacks and toiletries Only caution is for those who struggle with stairs. They take you to the bedroom. They are sturdy but steep and narrow. A great place!!! .

Summary: We enjoyed our brief stay to celebrate an anniversary and would consider returning. Some things to be aware of: we are in our 70's and had no problems navigating the stairs to the bedroom on the 2nd floor, but they are steep and narrow. The bathroom is on the first floor, so nighttime trips meant going up and down the steps. The bed mattress is soft and it did not seem quite as wide as a full double mattress. Otherwise, this was a delightful place for some R&R

Summary: Claire greeted us as soon as we arrived, and it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay. We felt safe on the property and the rental we were in was clean and even included some things in the kitchen for our visit. We drove up from Brooklyn for a friend’s wedding, and we were very glad to have chosen this listing as we felt comfortable and relaxed after a long drive.

Summary: If you like peace and quiet and nature..this is the place for you. I could lay in my comfy bed and see the stars. In the early evening the breeze blows and the leavea rustle...birds chirp in the morning. My host was a nice as can be. The place has an eclectic country feel. I loved it. Will definately stay there again! I slept great! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Summary: We booked this cottage to stay while I was in town for a wedding for the weekend. The owner came out to greet me upon arrival and explain where to park my car. She left some items in the house for us to use which was super sweet and unexpected! The cottage is beautiful and peaceful! Wish I could find time to make it a monthly getaway.

Summary: This was a secluded, off the beaten path private cabin that lived up to it's description. It was the perfect getaway spot to unplug and relax. I had business in Oneonta and Cooperstown and found them both easily accessible. This rental is a great alternative to staying in a hotel or a rental in a crowded town. I highly recommend it.

Summary: My son got invited to play baseball in Cooperstown. I needed a place for 9 days. I had no idea where to stay. I got lucky picking this gem. The house/cabin was clean, comfy, private. It was perfect my my son and I. I’d love to go. Ack with my wife someday. The host was exceptional! Her communication was perfect and she was very helpful. We even caught a bass in the pond! So glad picked this place.

Summary: Cottage was very clean on the inside and the property is perfectly landscaped. Check-in was very easy. There is a movie theater and grocery store within 15 minutes. If you are not familiar with the area make sure you have GPS for the last 15 minutes. The road markers disappear quickly as you get close to Unadilla. Very quiet property and the town is very nice. Owner couldn't be more helpful. The town and surrounding area must be beautiful during fall foliage.
