Great opportunity for camping, fishing & kayaking. Also, a short 5-minute drive from beautiful Lake Juliette. We do have kayaks, a 3 person canoe with a trolling motor, and fishing gear available for additional charges. Life vests are included and required if you are going out on the water.
This is a great place for couples or families. A fire pit is perfect for making s'mores, a basketball backboard and rim is good for practicing shots, and larger than life games help to keep everyone entertained. Pets are welcomed but must stay outside of the RV, two extra-long retractable tie-outs or a dog pen is available for use.
Local television channels are accessible for viewing or snuggle up for a DVD movie. There is no internet but major cellular companies still get service. The sound system allows for listening to music or the local game while enjoying the outdoors. There are three different televisions located within the RV in the bunkhouse, the living space, and the queen bedroom along with two mini retro-game systems for use. The RV is clean, non-smoking, with an indoor and outdoor kitchen that has 2 bunks, and 2 twin sized fold-out cushions that convert to a king-sized sleeping spot and a queen bed. The table also converts for sleeping. The couch folds down for another full-size sleeping space.
WARNINGS: The driveway is gravel and steep at one point with a narrow crossing, so please be careful, especially if wet outside. While vehicles without 4-wheel drive are capable of making the climb, it is recommended that your vehicle has 4-wheel drive.
While enjoying the land, please remain within the marked property boundaries. Trespassing on neighboring land can result in charges.
Please be aware that our camper is powered by two gas-powered generators (tanks will be filled up and 5 gallons extra will be available onsite that last approximately 36 hours, depending on use - you are responsible for obtaining more gas, if necessary) and propane (tanks are provided and full, but you are responsible for obtaining more propane, if necessary).
There are railroad tracks dividing the camper site from the river. You must pass under powerlines to enter the property. Please be mindful that this is an outdoor space and proper footwear will decrease the chances of any injury.
