Summary: Stay here was great!! Perfect location with privacy. Owner was great to deal with. Loved the screened in room and comfy patio set inside. We are already planning a return trip next year.

Summary: It honestly doesn’t get better than this private, spacious and clean RV lot. This was our first RV stay at Port Saint Joe and we LOVED it! . It is very private, clean and within close proximity to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Neil, our host, was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely rent again!

Summary: This is an awesome and very private RV site. We are used to camping off grid in our small motorhome in the northern Wisconsin wilderness so it was nice having the comforts of water, electric and septic. The lighting under the roof is so powerful that it turns night into day and there is no problem seeing whatever you are doing. The cement pad is huge and the rest of the area is class 5 gravel. It was a great location for our German Shepard and he understood the property boundaries, and never ventured close to the road. I highly recommend this spot to anyone who appreciates the extra space and privacy that this offers. Good job Neil!

Summary: Clean, spacious, private property. Lot is set far back giving plenty of room to manuever camper for parking. The property and building made my 43ft camper look small. Owner is very communicative and just an all around pleasant guy.
