Positive: Fantastic, central location for a base for Kingdom Come region related trip. Right between Rataye Castle and Pirkstein. Breakfasts were amazing, garden flowers decorating every meal were a very nice touch. Wide coffee variety. Super clean and comfortable, slighly (not medieval) historical place. Totally recommend for KCD fans.

Positive: The price was nice, also big breakfast was included. hosts are very nice and talkative I think they speak english and german. But we stayed only one night. for those who are comming for kingdom come you will be living right behind the city walls :)

Negative: nothing comes to my mind. bring cash. its hard to pay with card in this area. but this is not a problem of apartment. there is one restaurant near house where you can pay with card. otherwise we tried different restaurants next to sazava river, in ledecko or direcly in sazava and everywhere you need cash.
