Negative: Air conditioning was frustrating. Couldn't adjust room temperature to cool room. Got too hot in winter. Room had leftover chocolate pieces from a previous guest on the floor

Positive: Served my purpose as the conference I was attending was at Rydges hotel. Friendly and efficient staff.

Negative: On Sunday after conference ended at 5pm and I was exhausted and looking forward to a relaxing evening at the hotel, I found out there was no restaurant open at the hotel and no room service either. This was very inconvenient as I had to go out for dinner.

Summary: It was not up to my expections for the price I paid.
