Summary: We enjoyed our stay, room was clean, nice and quiet with good blockout curtains, and comfy bed. Was close to all the action Melbourne has to offer. Staff were friendly as well and the buffet breakfast was great. Would stay again.

Summary: Stayed overnight to see a show at Her Majesties theatre. Walking distance to hotel is why we initially booked our stay. We were both extremely happy with our stay. Front staff were very friendly and it took just moments to get us checked in. Room was beyond our expectations. Clean , modern , spacious. We took advantage of pre theatre menu at Bossley restaurant on site and had a very enjoyable meal on a relaxing atmosphere. Late checkout in morning was very appreciated after a late night. We will definately stay again. Thank You Ridges Hotel Melbourne.

Summary: Quick self check in, was so easy and printed a room key. No need to see anyone. The staff we did talk to were very informative. Buffet breakfast had great options.

Summary: We stayed at the Executive Suite on the ninth floor. The room was roomy and comfortable. Well-appointed and tastefully decorated. We paid a similar amount to what 5-star hotels were quoting for their entry-level rooms in Melbourne CBD at the same period, so it was excellent value. If I need to pick on something, it would be very minor things: one of the two couches in the sitting room was not comfortable for longer sitting, and the shower (in the oversize, functional bathroom) could do with a shelf for a toothbrush or a soap. Minor issues indeed. We will stay there again.
