Positive: It was really clean, quiet, and comfortable. The owner was so warm and welcoming. We are also very grateful for the pick up and drop off service.

Negative: I would just recommend offering indoor slippers since the floor was really cold.

Positive: Staff could not have been more helpful giving advice and transport from the nearest bus stop and transport to the train station.

Negative: We were a bit surprised to have hot pot for dinner after an extremely warm day out. Breakfast was a bit ordinary.

Summary: Loved the ryokan and the people. Not the easiest place to get to by public transport.

Positive: Room was standard Western design and size. Bathroom was good Cleanliness was average Staff was excellent and spoke excellent English.

Negative: Rooms are starting to be a bit worn. Dust in all the usual places where it’s hard to get a vacuum into. The location, Terminal 3, is excellent for morning flights out of Tokyo.

Summary: Excellent location and staff. Quiet rooms. I’ll overlook average housekeeping and stay here again.
