Positive: The property is well located, the area is very safe and secured, you won’t have to worry about electricity and water, it is stable👌🏽🎉, the apartment is well equipped and neat, exactly as in the pictures

Negative: We stayed for 12 days and the lady who was assisting us was not very responsive, we had to ask for the bedsheet to be replaced (after like 8 days), I asked to have a cloth in the kitchen to wipe but it was not brought, the early morning of our Check out the lady called us to ask what time we would check out and we mentioned 12:00, and yet she did not show up, after waiting for long, around 13:15 we left the property, left the keys behind and called her to inform that we left and should let us know in case of any issues.

Summary: Everything else was superb to be honest, the apartment is ver well equipped, the surroundings is safe, there’s a playgro

Mrs Diana was exceptional very professional, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, which made us feel comfortable and valued

Positive: The property is at a very good location. It is spotless, so clean !! Thanks to Diane for the prompt responsiveness and making sure I had everything I needed from the internet wifi to the kitchen appliances. I definitely recommend Residence Elys when in Brazzaville. Top notch 👍🏽👌🏽

Positive: This apartment has exceeded my expectations. It was excellent. The comfort, location and facilities were great. Communication was constant and the staff were friendly with great customer service. It was affordable and great value for money compare to other places not even has decent as this place. I would definitely come back in the near future and would recommend to family and friends.

Negative: WIFI connection in the master bedroom wasn’t great like the rest of the house.
