Country house in the Northwest of Mallorca with all its Mediterranean style charm:
This Country villa in Northwest Mallorca is a rustic Country house with all the charm of the Majorcan Mediterranean style living with modern and functional construction, distribution, amenities as well the swimming pool surrounded by lawn.
The house comprises two levels: Accessing the entry the floor is distributed throughout a big spread in different environments, lobby, lounge / living room with fireplace, dining room and open kitchen to it. All with large glassed sliders doors overlooking the magnificent porch, where the exterior and interior are merged into oneself, you may enjoy your morning tea coffee, even meals al fresco.
Beside to the porch is the large swimming pool surrounded by lawn and overlooking the field and mountains.
Three double rooms and two large bathrooms one en suite. It also has a guest toilet.
The entire top floor is for the master bedroom with its outdoor terrace where you enjoy splendid views to all the surroundings and the mountains.
The house is located on a plot of about 13.000. Sq.m and around the typical Majorcan field.
For golf lovers is the ideal place because on the surroundings have four different golf courses all 18 holes where there organize each one assiduously tournaments... Pula Golf, Golf Son servera and 10-15 minutes of each other Golf Canyamel and Capdepera Golf.
Only 10-15 minutes by car can enjoy the northwest \'Costa de los Pinos\' through Cala Bona and its Port also Cala Millor, Sa Coma... well-known tourist resorts in Mallorca, where there are all kinds of activities.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation, except for dog breeds that are considered dangerous. Animals up to 10Kg.

Summary: Die Finca hat uns sehr gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Außenbereich mit dem wunderschönen Pool und dem weitläufigen Gelände. Auch das großzügige Wohnzimmer mit der großen Fensterfront war genau nach unserem Geschmack. Die Abwicklung durch PlanetVillas funktionierte reibungslos und es war ganz toll, dass wir die Finca früher beziehen konnten, da die Anreisezeit per Flugzeug schon sehr früh war. Auch bei einem Stromausfall wegen dem Unwetter konnten wir spätabends PlanetVillas kontaktieren und erhielten sofort Hilfe.

Summary: Stunning villa with beautiful big pool which has graduated steps, perfect for our 2 year old. The rooms were all lovely with extremely comfortable beds and pillows! The villa had everything we needed to cook family dinners and BBQ’s with alfresco dining with a nice view. It felt very private and safe. A must stay for anyone, especially families! Agency very helpful and quick to respond!

Summary: Die Finca hat eine fantastische Lage zwischen Son Servera, Arta und der Costa de los Pinos umrahmt von einer hügeligen Landschaft. Die puristische Architektur zeigt sich ebenfalls im Interieur. Der Swimmingpool ist großzügig und super sauber und auch zum Baden am Abend geeignet. Wir hatten tolle 12 Tage in der Finca.
