Summary: The apartment is large with good living space and comfortable beds. It is very close to most everything and driving in Torino is very doable. If you have a car it is worth paying extra to use the parking garage. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Summary: The person at check in was inconsiderate and inhumane. I had to wait 15 minutes for her to come when she said that she would be right down. Meanwhile my 91-year-old father was about four blocks away waiting in the rain in a not so dry spot because he had to rest. When the person finally arrived I asked if I could retrieve my father before doing paperwork. She would not allow me to do so. The apartment was also misrepresented as being a two full bathroom. It only had one bathroom and an extra toilet. It only had one sink between the two toilets. Only one shower. There were four of us and I had paid an extra €50 a night for the convenience of having two full bathrooms. The television in the bedroom did not work. Initially the Internet did not work. The heat did not work and it was quite cold. Whoever did the cleaning did a very nice job.
