Positive: we asked for 2 rooms and we got 2 connected room, our kids was very happy with it. rooms was clean and beds were comfort. parking also available in the hotel, its 5 minute drive from the central surathani mall, 1 minute from seven-eleven

Negative: i didnt like the breakfast as it has only few options.

Summary: very nice hotel with a great location, great value for money. clean and new.

Positive: Clean, comfortable , close to the airport

Negative: Staf didn't understand a word in English, and laughed on us when we tried to communicate. We came after a 12 hours drive and the last thing we needed was to be treated like that. Also the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and we couldn't get to the 7 eleven store across the road because it was too dangerous, so we got stuck with no drinking water and the crew wasn't helpful at all.

Positive: The hotel is located about 25 minutes drive from the airport, and next to the hotel, about 3 minutes drive there is a big shopping center with a huge food area and big supermarket. The hotel itself is what we expected from a one night stay that will bring us closer to the airport.

Negative: There is a language barrier between English speakers and the staff, and it can cause some inconvenience.
