Positive: It wasn’t too crowded, it was right by the sea, the beach was sandy, and the sea was calm.
Negative: The caravan I stayed in needed a bit of maintenance. Reaching the facility was difficult even by taxi.

Positive: It is very isolated from the centre of town so you can have an extremely quiet time and relaxation and if serenity is your thing, this is a good place to stay. The food was very good and the staff were very attentive. The hotel has a gorgeous view of the mountains and lagoon.
Negative: There are just a few mosquitoes coming from the drain in our toilet. Ventilation needs to be improved but bearable.
Summary: Serenity getaway.

Positive: The staff was brilliant. We were very disappointed with caravans and Ayşenur from reception immediately change our accommodation to the hotel room. The room we stayed was very good size and comfortable The breakfast was very good and they were trying really hard to make their guest happy. The beach is beautiful
Negative: Caravans are very old and nothing like the photos. They were very mouldy and most of the things were not working properly. I would recommend to stay in a hotel room. They don’t have bellboy so Ayşenur from reception had to help me with suitcase when we arrived.

Positive: Having your own private piece of the lagoon/beach was magical! The facilities were incredible, the customer service was exceptional with English-speaking front desk support.... we will forever remember our stay there and will definitely return!
Negative: The free shuttle that went into town didn't operate at night so we had to walk. It was only 15 minutes to walk but would have been a great touch to have it running til later.
Summary: A piece of paradise - Worth every penny!!

Positive: The buffet breakfast, with a wide variety of options that changed daily, was fantastic. The restaurant staff are always polite, friendly, and helpful. The dinners are served in large and satisfying portions. The beach is calm, clean, and wonderful. The beach staff are also very polite and helpful. The sea is crystal clear and calm. While swimming, one can see the sealife under their feet. The reception staff are always polite, friendly, and helpful as well. I stayed in a caravan belonging to this facility. The caravan was very cute. Its location was very close to the beach and the restaurant.
Negative: There is a looseness in the caravan door that prevented it from closing properly. In the bathroom, the shower head holder was not properly fixed in place, which made showering difficult.
