Positive: This was a really lovely place to stay in Krakow. Super modern, clean and comfortable. The wifi and TV were a bonus for teenage children. It was on the fourth floor but had a lift. The location was great, walking distance to the old town and just on the edge of Kazimierz. The air con was a bonus as it was hot whilst we were in Krakow. It was also not far from the train station, Krakow Grzegórzki which we used to travel to the Salt mine and I guess you could get to the airport from there too via the main station (we arrived by hire car from Zakopane) There a lots of places to eat in Krakow but if you wanted to there apartment was fully equipped for cooking at home, a big firdge and freezer and all the utensils you would need. There were lots of little late night supermarkets around to pick up supplies.
Negative: There was some confusion getting the key code which delayed our access to the property. It meant us having to contact booking.com and the PROMODERO Team to get the matter sorted. It was an error on their part and it did cause us some distress at the time. Once we did get in we were very happy with the place.
Summary: Modern, clean and comfortable place to stay. Close enough to all the attractions that Krakow.

Negative: A sign for the lift would be helpful. As we arrived at night, we didn’t realise we had to go through the second door.

Positive: The apartment was spotless clean and the location was amazing! 10 minutes walk to the old town and 5 minutes walk to the train station that can take you to the zoo and Energylandia!!
Negative: The WiFi was terrible. Almost non existent. Not even their own tv could connect to the WiFi.

Positive: Perfect location. Well equipped. Convenient place. Very modern style, not a typical polish style apartment.
Negative: The wifi is almost useless. Not recommended if you don't have your mobile internet or are traveling for work. The host ignored my messages. The host didn't respond when I asked for early check-in. Also didn't respond when I said the wifi had stopped working.
