Positive: Everything is great, clean villa, very well equipped, nice people managing the villa, great location, close to a big shop. We had a really good holiday
Negative: We were only with the girls, and twice a man came into our villa without warning. We were a little scared. I think that this situation should not happen. We should have been notified by phone that someone was coming,

Positive: The level of service that the Green and Blue staff offered was exceptional. Jose was there on arrival and even provided some water and chocolate for the children, he gave us a tour of the place and with this being later on a Sunday night he was very attentive and helpful. With the what's app feature for communication they were very quick to respond. Natalya even brought some equipment within an hour of the request and it really added to the overall experience. For what we were trying to get out of a family break together with a young family of 5 the garden was a brilliant space, and within a secluded safe area but not to far away from the supermarket (0.4km) There was a cafe at the top of the road in which the wife went to get ice cream with the children again very friendly. The pool was clean and the garden area for me is what made the villa but that's my preference to be outside all day.

Positive: The location was great , lots of space and a nice pool.
Negative: The property does need a refurb. We stayed at this property last year and did not comment on the overall appearance but thought this year the owners would of spent some money to upgrade and fix broken appliances Security was bad , door in upstairs bedroom does not lock, does not even shut properly, it can be pushed open. A window in other upstairs bedroom pushes open. Shower broken , toilet continually flushing, towel holders on the floor. A lack of drinking glasses , there were only 2 wine glasses and only a couple of larger glasses, for 8 adults this is poor. Most of the plates are chipped. Upstairs bedroom curtains poor and not keeping light out , downstairs kitchen net curtains looked grubby..
Summary: We love the beautiful island of Ibiza but disappointed with the villa

Positive: we liked the pool and large outdoor area. beds in bedrooms were ok, not the most comfortable but not the worst either. kitchen equipment was good and we liked the coffee machine. also the outside bathroom was very handy, clean and new. staff was friendly.
Negative: we were so disappointed with the bathroom upstairs, the door on the shower was broken. so old, definitely need to be repaired. the bed slats were falling off on one bed which made the sleeping so uncomfortable. we booked the villa because of the nice outdoor area which looked safe for our little kids but it was a big disappointment, there was no fence and slide as shown on the picture. the big lounge bed was broken and absolutely useless. the mattresses for outdoor sun beds were dirty and moldy with bad smell. we wouldn’t go back to this villa again after our experience.

Positive: Very spacious property, good central location, secure electronic gate access. Even had an outside kitchen/dining room, as well as lovely shower room near the pool. Within walking distance to a large modern Mercadona supermarket. Greeted warmly upon arrival to get keys handed to us, nice to get a few drinks & snacks from Agent too.
Negative: As it is only 8 minutes from Airport, you will have some noise from planes flying overhead, but not too much. Beds are on the firm side.
Summary: Very enjoyable stay, great cooking facilities, not far from all main resorts, yet quiet location.
