Positive: The property was far off the beaten track. Family operated and the food was good. They served a multicourse dinner that included local wild boar and the baby pig.

Negative: The property was quite a far off “ the beaten track” the driveway was paved early on once we found it. Deeper into the property the driveway turned into a one lane track that was steep in some places and some parts had mud puddles. But once we got there, the property was delightful. They spoke only Italian, which might be a problem for some guests.

Summary: An exciting drive to arrive and well worth the experience and money
