Sa Tanca gran, cozy villa with private pool:
Traditional Mallorcan country house new build modern and functional his indoor with private swimming pool.
The house is distributed on one floor and with easy access around it.
Inside the house has a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen and open to the living room with access to the terrace-porch facing the pool and a front terrace. Equipped with air conditioning cold - heat in the living room (included in the price certain hours a day)
Two double bedrooms, one with double bed of 150 x 1.90 and the other with two single beds 90 x 1.90.
Both share a bathroom with great shower.
On the outside has a nice porch overlooking the pool, garden with lawn and barbecue area.
Just a few minutes drive away is the town of 'Felanitx' where to find restaurants, supermarkets, weekly market and everything you need. At the same distance but in the opposite direction is also the village of 'Porreres' and uniqueness for being traditionally agricultural town.
Sa tanca Grand is located to the south of Mallorca, so between 15 and 30 minutes driving found the beaches of Porto Colom, Cala Llombards, Cala Santanyi, Cala Figuera,' The Mondragó Natural Park 'with its beaches and coves, also natural beaches of Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Rapita, Ses Salines...

Summary: Absolutely beautiful Finca in the middle of nowhere! We had a very great stay, the villa was the perfect spot to calm relax and enjoy a silent holiday! The pictures display the place in a perfect way. In my opinion it looks Ebene better in reality! The communication was very easy and the owner was very helpful and nice as well. In the end we had really nothing to complain about. Definitely recommandable!

Summary: Eine" Perle" von einer Finca. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Garten und die Poolanlage waren sehr gepflegt. Die Handtücher wurden zwei mal in der Woche von einem sehr netten Herrn und einer sehr netten Dame getauscht und gleichzeitig wurde der Pool gereinigt und der Garten in Ordnung gehalten. Die Finca lag zwar irgendwo im nirgendwo, aber für uns war die Ruhe genau das richtige zum erholen und entspannen. Wir empfehlen die Finca uneingeschränkt weiter und kommen auch gerne wieder. Der Service und die Kommunikation mit Villasplanet waren top. Es hat alles super geklappt und die Informationen für z.b. Anreise waren pünktlich per Email zugesendet. worden. Weitere Infos lagen im Haus bereit.

Summary: Es fühlt sich an als ob man nach Hause kommt , wenn man das Grundstück betritt. zum zweiten Mal eine Woche Urlaub in der Villa Sa Tanca Gran verbracht und es wird nicht der letzte sein. Vielen lieben Dank für die fantastische Unterkunft und Kommunikation.

Summary: Fantastic Villa and superb service. Instructions and availability to contact were great. The villa is located in a beautiful inner country side, close to plenty of great beaches and touristic landmarks. The property itself is perfectly design, with an amazing pool, well thought orientation so you have enough wind to forget about A/C (although if you are an A/C lover you might find it a bit insufficient since you only have one unit in the whole house) however unless you suffer a heat wave you don’t really need to use it. Again, it is a perfect villa to stay with your family, apart from the crowd and still close enough to almost everything remarkable in the island.

Summary: Amazing country house for families!! The design, the bbq & pool were great. Also the location although in the countryside it allows you to visit so many different places and still enjoy your privacy when wanted. All the house is perfectly made and of good size. We strongly recommend this house for a great holidays in Mallorca!!!
