Positive: Great location with direct view to Ortigia across the sea from the garden. Twenty minute walk to Ortigia and Archeological park Spacious well equipped apartment in a large old building with a great atmosphere. Very comfortable bed.

Negative: All pretty much excellent.

Summary: Convenient location for visiting Siracusa with lovely sea view from the garden.

Positive: A wonderful classic Italian style apartment with everything you could think off there is nothing cristina and fabrizio have forgotten. Wonderful fresh fruit cakes and coffee the coffee machine was excellent and just like coffee in the Italian cafes. The bed very comfortable and shower bathroom large spotless clean. The garden is an oasis of paradise quite scenic and sunny with plenty of spots for shade and a few steps down to the sea. Cristina and family wonderful people and hosts so kind and welcoming and not forgetting beautiful toto the dog he lives in the top floor for people who don’t like dogs so never hardly see him but he’s a beauty. The house in within easy walking distance to Siracusa and Ortigia 15/20 mins flat walk with lots of restaurants cafes etc on the way. There is a small bus that regularly goes past the main road around the corner from the house to ortigia number 105. We didn’t use it but saw it regularly. The house is easy to find we used google maps from bus station brought us straight to it 20 minutes walk. The bus from airport every hour so easy and only 6.20 euro per person each way taking an hour. We loved our stay and thank you once again big hugs from Steve abs Catherine

Positive: This property is beautiful. The apartment is incredibly spacious and very comfortable. The attention to detail is amazing; provision of snacks and fruit, comfortable bedding, ample space to store your clothes, a comfortable couch that also becomes a comfortable bed. Then you walk out your door and you have private access to the local beach. We felt totally at home here and would say it has been one of our most favourite and comfortable holiday apartments.

Negative: All good but, It is a bit of a to Ortigia, but this did not deter us. We loved being in a quieter part of Siracuse, walk to the left of the property and you have Ortigia, walk to the right and you have local bars, cafes and supermarkets. Try the cafe Tunisia.

Summary: We totally loved our time here. Great accommodation, great beach and great area.

Positive: Lovely apartment with very helpful owners. Quite close to the sites of Syracuse; 20 minute walk. Great parking. Nice views from the garden.

Negative: We were very cold in February but the radiators were not on and the air conditioning didn’t heat.

Positive: Beautiful, stylish villa with stunning view from the garden and a direct access to the sea. Hosts are very nice and helpful. Ortigia is 15 min walk. Apartament is well equipped ,very comfortable and very clean. The only little remark is that the bedroom is separated from the living room by a wall 4/5 high and this solution may not provide full privacy for a larger group. But this little thing doesn't really matter considering all the above advantages :-) We would definitely come back.

Positive: Wonderful garden in front of great villa directly near the ocean. Perfect setting, nice host, secure parking, calm with great views. Thanks for coffee, plenty of fruits, cakes and snacks

Negative: Quite a walk to downtown via narrow roads with the typically speeding cars. However, it's good to walk a bit when enjoying the good food and the great wines. One should know that the living room with the sofa bed is divided by a 4/5 high wall to the bedroom, in case you want full privacy when in bed.
