Two flat screen TVs, one king size bed, 1 pull out sofa, 1 beautiful updated bathroom, cable tv wifi, washer and dryer all in condo and more. Overlooking the 14th green on Saddlebrook golf course 1st floor. All the shopping and restaurants are close by. 1 hour from Disney World half hour from Busch Gardens, half hour from Lowry park zoo, outlets 15 mins, mall 10 mins, beach 1 hour and much more. Tampa airport 35 mins away, Orlando airport is hour fifteen minutes , you can jump on a cruise out of Tampa or Port Canaveral, go to Baseball, Football or Hockey game. The Advent Health Center of Ice is 15 minutes away and so much more. You will not be disappointed...

Summary: The unit had been updated recently. Most appliances were new. There was ample dinnerware, utensils and cookware. There was even a salad spinner which came in handy. Th bath towels were fairly new and nice to use. We liked the unit and would definitely consider returning on a future trip.

Summary: Good communication from our host. Access to Saddlebrook resort is straightforward and directions to property clear. Plenty parking at the property. Property properly described with good kitchen and bathroom facilities and useful outside seating space overlooking 14th green. Nice touch with fruit on arrival. Huge bed ! Suggestion would be an additional bedside table so there is one on both sides. Saddlebrook is well located with plenty of eating out choices nearby. The two on-sight golf courses are mature and really well designed / laid out - a proper test. Maybe the time of year but maintenance of the courses could be better. There's chat of the resort being redesigned / redeveloped and the two courses reduced to 27 holes. That would be a shame but maybe time for an overall refresh of Saddlebrook. There were some previous review comments on noise from other apartments. I don't think you can escape this on any of the communal properties on this resort given the type of construction. The people around about us were respectful. We would stay at this property and resort again

Summary: Property was neat, clean and modern. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. We would definitely stay there again

Summary: We were in town for a college golf tournament during spring break. Compared to the resort rooms, this was a ton nicer and less expensive. And parking is a ton easier than at the resort. Room was as advertised - recently updated and would recommend.
