Positive: The view is spectacular. The photos are true to form. Rashida and Jason were hugely accommodating. Came for a wedding and was sorely tempted to miss my ferry back. It’s not particularly close to the main town area - which is good if you want seclusion. But getting there and back is very easy with the plethora of taxi trucks around at all times of day and night.

Positive: The view was fantastic, and the pool was in good shape. The main room and living room had working air conditioning, and Pam and Ramzey were very helpful. Filled our basic needs but not quite as advertised
Negative: The property was in some disrepair, windows and dishes that were dirty, mosquitos net missing, no umbrellas to shade the sun, broken lounge chairs and cushions that dont fit the furniture making it almost impossible to enjoy the property to its fullest.

Negative: This is a lovely spacious villa which needs some TLC, Overall there was a few problems which needs , attention , No modern TV connection , mosquito nets in poor condition needs, replacing , one bedroom usability poor no waldrobe or clothing storage , Unbrella for sun protection would be welcomed. As a 7 large bedroom property one cleaner is not sufficient to keep this property t at an acceptable level of cleanliness the 6 bathrooms and kitchen area needed a deep clean. WiFi only accessible in common areas not always available to all guests. Bathroom next to kitchen constant smell of drainage. Lots of power sockets do not work No basic welcome pack/ manual

Negative: No lounge chairs. Electrical issues in house. Electrician was too busy to come make repairs. Arrived on a stormy day. Metal roof above our bedroom needed some work; made very loud banging noise when it was windy during the night.

Positive: I enjoyed everything about the villa. It is beautiful the views are amazing and the solitude is comforting. It is close enough to town (about 5-7 minute drive). Rasheeda is very accommodating. I wasn't sure on how to use the projector, I contacted her she walked me through it via text. I am definitely going back and bringing my family.
Negative: Mosquitoes. They were the annoying part of the trip.
