Positive: We love this place. Nice quiet location. Simple rooms, nothing fancy here but very comfortable. Very nice and accommodating staff. Upper rooms have beautiful views. This is our second stay at this property. The breakfast has improved greatly!

Positive: Fabulous little resort in an absolutely stunning location. We had a budget bungalow (no.7) set at the back of the resort, so clean, large, comfy bed and a killer view from the balcony. Breakfast is delicious with a choice of 5 dishes. The staff are lovely, the owner picked us up from the bus station which was a lovely surprise and dropped up back off in Chiang Mai for a very reasonable rate. Outstanding value for money, a gem of a resort in lovely Chaing Dao...can't recommend enough ..

Positive: The place itself was beautiful. Our cottage was cozy and had a lovely view from the balcony! The owner even picked us up from the bus station at no extra cost. Breakfast was included each day. Please keep in mind that it's not in the center of town so you will likely need a scooter or a car to get around. There are a few restaurants withing walking distance and the cave is also nearby.

Negative: The bathroom had a bit of a musty smell.
