Summary: 1. Insects galore 2. Wifi was broken 3. TV thus didnt work, 4. Aircon batteries dead 5. only chair in room was broken 6. Shower kept backing up so drainage issues 7. 1 plugpoint 8.Cup for coffee had non existent handle hold, even my pinky couldnt fit into gap 9. Overall play area was neglected( for years) 10. Reception didnt answer the 3 times we called, but eventually WA worked 11. Mostt of the rooms on our block connect onto a large awning, so no views Overall , NOT the best stay

Summary: Yes dirty floors and no attention to cleaning utensils and no toilet paper supplies. No staff attended to us. The first day water was cold no wifi the swimming pool dirty

Summary: My stay was pleasant with a comfortable bed, clean room & exellent food from both breakfast & dinner. Staff very friendly & helpful attend to a quiry immediately. Have surely recommended you to my friends & family. The only problem was when people were coming back from wherever making noise & trying to.open our door thinking that its their room & that made us feel unsafe.

Summary: Loved staying here. Executive suite was spacious and comfortable. Only complaint was that it was hard to find. I suggest you phone the hotel for GPS coordinates before you travel.

Summary: The hotel settings are spectacular. I love Rustenberg and am so glad that decided to stay here rather than at Sun City. The hotel staff are very friendly!! We stayed through the new year's holiday and the hotel hosted a spectacular Halloween themed new year's eve party which we loved. The food was great!! On the not so positive side the room facilities look dowdy and could do with updating. That said, the suite we stayed in was large and comfortable. I think I might stay here again!
