Summary: The property and owners were great! The owners were very thoughtful in providing supplies and anything we could need- an abundance of paddle boards, kayaks, bikes, towels, etc. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you again for accommodating us and being flexible and allowing us to stay one extra day!

Summary: We loved our week's stay in this corner of North Fork paradise. Sweeping views of the bay, a private beach, a comfortable porch where we ate all our meals and really relaxed. The owners were very attentive to our needs and provided all the equipment one could want for a beach stay. We highly, highly recommend this rental.

Summary: We had another perfect vacation at this beautiful property. It is the most relaxing spot on the NoFo. You don't have to pack up anything (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, etc) and drive to the beach. All you have to do is step out and you are there with everything you need. Ron and Ela were incredibly responsive and friendly! This year we explored a few other sound side beaches in the evening for a sunset picnic dinner and it was magical. The NoFo is not overly crowded and you can find deserted spots. I wish we could have stayed forever.

Summary: I wish I could give this property more stars. It was very clean, updated and comfortable. I could’ve spent the week on the back porch, looking at the gorgeous bay and enjoying the breeze. Great amenities- especially appreciated the central air conditioning. Perfect location. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Summary: We enjoyed staying at Ron's property. The house is nice, updated and reassuringly clean. Access to Ron's kayaks, SUPs and other beach gear made everything very convenient. Can't beat the neighborhood or bay-front location. We had a frustrating experience with out check-in / check-out dates due to a scheduling error on both ends by Ron, who has been very responsive and communicative before, during and after our stay. He agreed to our requested compensation refund in exchange for the scheduling inconvenience, which is greatly appreciated.

Summary: We were so thrilled to return to this stunning home again this summer. As we pulled into the driveway I was again overtaken by the proximity to the sparkling Peconic and the private sandy beach. This is the perfect spot. Equipped with paddle boards, kayaks, umbrellas and chairs, all you need to bring is your family. The beds are comfortable, there are plenty of towels and extra sheets and the kitchen is set up to cook a Gourmet meal. My kids loved relaxing on the hammock, walking far out into the Peconic during low tide, playing baseball in the grassy front lawn, and hitting up the magic fountain ice cream parkour just a few minutes from the house. I’m already booking for next summer.
