Positive: Location was quite good. On one side, it was not a city centre, but it was in 30 minutes walking distance from Piazza Maggiore. In general, the apartment was clean and well equipped (only coffee machine was not properly working and the kettle was covered with limescale inside), but it would be good to deliver some instructions on where to find what in the apartment. E.g we did not expect plates to be in a TV stand :) Communication with the owner was good, we received code to main doors on time. Garage was fine. A little bit tight, but good enough to get in and get out with a car without any scratches.

Negative: Coffe machine was not working (water was leaking out of it) and the kettle was covered with limescale inside. There were enough beds (two beds + one couch), however there were bedclothes only for two of them. For another one we found bedclothes in a wordrobe, but we were not sure whether it was prepared for us or it was left after previous guests (it did not seem to be fresh)

Positive: The apartment was well situated (a bus or 30 minutes walk to the center) and in a calm neigborhood. A parking place was very useful. Beds and towels were clean. A washing machine can be used.
