This Bolton Landing vacation home rental enjoys water access with a dock slip authorized for a 24-foot boat. The water access to this home is in one of Lake George's most beautiful locations, just a short drive away. The Sagamore Golf House and pristine Northwest Bay are your finest vacation experience on Lake George! This Saratoga-style estate sits on 3.5 acres with panoramic views of the Sagamore golf course!
This spacious home in Bolton Landing offers different experiences on each level and accommodates up to 18 guests! It boasts many fun features such as a nostalgic arcade, a 6-person hot tub with an outdoor cedar shower, a sizeable sunk-in fire pit adjacent to the golf course, a wine cellar, a custom bar for those special events, and a home theater with its very own popcorn maker for those rainy nights!
When stepping into this craftsman home, one discovers a large open floor plan consisting of an eat-in kitchen, dining room, billiard/dart room, and family room with an inviting stone fireplace. There is even a fully-stocked coffee bar! The entire space enjoys sweeping views of the sagamore greens! The fully equipped kitchen is the heart of this home. It offers gorgeous granite countertops, grand custom-built cabinetry, a large kitchen island that seats 6, and an additional 12-person dining table for those large family gatherings! The screened-in porch attaches to the family room and connects to the wrap-around deck. The deck offers a barbecue grill and additional seating with expansive views of the links. The main level also offers a king bedroom with an office, laundry room, and half bath.
On the second floor, you will find five more bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers sizable space with a king bed, sitting area, private master bath, and ensuite accessed by an industrial iron staircase up to a private loft with two additional queen beds. The third and fourth bedrooms feature a king bed and attached full baths. The fifth bedroom offers another two king beds with a full bath.
Another feature of this Bolton Landing vacation home rental is a secret hideaway room with two twin beds. This kid's room enjoys a gorgeous custom-painted mural of the lake, making the kids feel like they are camping in the woods!
Last but certainly not least, the lower level offers a unique way to gather. The wine cellar, movie theater, and your "19th Hole" bar provide all the amenities for an unforgettable evening! Summary: The property was excellent! I had a large group (8 adults) and it was very spacious. The check-in process was seamless and everything was as expected from the listing. It's in a great location to some local attractions and conveniences, and there's plenty to do on the property itself. I'd definitely recommend it, and consider staying again.

Summary: Lovely home with many amenities - We loved the fire pit, pool table, home theater, hot tub and "secret room" for the kids. The location is beautiful on the 11th hole (?) of the Sagamore Golf Club. We enjoyed walking around the immediate area with our two dogs - especially in the snow! If planning for a large group, the bathroom situation could perhaps be explained more explicitly as some rooms require a shared bath. But we made it work. The property manager(s) were amazing - we had a small glitch and they were on top of it and extremely helpful and polite. Communication is excellent. All was good! Hopefully we can return next year.

Summary: We had a wonderful week at the Sagamore Golf House. The house is spacious, and full of fun features! The kids lived the game room and theatre. We all enjoyed the fire pit and expansive porch. Great place - if we only didn’t have 3 days of rain!!

Summary: We enjoyed the home and outside property but getting to the water was difficult especially for our younger ones. Very rocky waterfront not easy for children to access the water. Chris, the property manager was easy to reach and answered any questions we had. Overall we had a nice stay.

Summary: We had a great adult getaway - the house was awesome - so many fun amenities and plenty of space for 5 couples. Although we did not have any kids with us on this trip it would be an awesome place for families. Everything was as expected. Great spot - easy trip tp Lake George downtown area and we had some drinks at The Sagamore 5 min down the road - beautiful spot.
