Summary: Ver friendly welcoming on check in, the staff is friendly and polite the breakfast buffet was good and tasty, the lunch you can choose from menue card. I go 1 time per year to Istanbul and this was till now the best hotel, very clean, nice view if I need to go again to Istanbul I will choose this hotel again.

Summary: Very clean hotel right by the water. Close to a good mall, walking distance. Staff from manager to all staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. Recommended.

Summary: The is very nice. Hotel condition is great room service too. The buffet is super. The door and reception is 24/7. The cons: far from Istanbul center about 1 hour with the Marmaray, the Tersane station is 4 min away from hotel. If you rent a car it'll be great.

Summary: Receptionist and managers are very helpful and friendly. The hotel and rooms are clean. The buffet and breakfast is also good.

Summary: The hotel is a short walk from the Tersane Marmaray station so it is very easy to get to. However this hotel is a long way from the scenic attractions of Istanbul. We chose it because it was convenient to get from there to the airport in the morning. The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was very nice.

Summary: IT WAS NEAR AIRPORT NOT FAR FROM KARTEL METRO WHICH YOU CAN GET TO AYRAN CHESHMEH AND THEN GET MARMMARY TRAIN TO THE EUROPIAN SIDE OF TOWN IN LESS THAN 45 MIN , GOOD SOPT FROM SABIHA , STAFF WERE HELPFULL AND ALSO BREAKFAST WAS LOVELY
