Positive: I loved the warm kindness of the owners, they made me feel like home and were very helpful with arranging some burocratic stuff like going to Cancona for arranging my simcard.

Negative: Nothing, everything was good. Great value for money and great position just nearby the huge and beautiful agonda beach!

Positive: The owners of this home stay made us feel super welcome. The place is part of their house, so it's not like a hotel. However they upgraded us to a much larger room for free once it became available due to it being off season. It's just a few steps to the beach.

Negative: I cannot complain.

Positive: I felt very comfortable at SAI HOMESTAY in early May 2025. The two hosts, Sunita and Sai, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully furnished and very clean. The bed had a comfortable mattress and tasteful linens. The shower/toilet area was equipped with high-quality fixtures. The air conditioning was also high-quality, efficient, and quiet, and there was a large refrigerator in the room. I also found the lighting very pleasant and the Wi-Fi speed was sufficient. A bit about the surroundings: The accommodation is located approximately 60-70 meters from the beach, making it very quiet. Right in front of it, on the beach, was my regular spot with excellent food that was even a bit cheaper than other places. Every evening before dinner, I could enjoy the beautiful sunset from there.

Summary: If I travel to Goa again, it will definitely be Agonda and Sai Homestay!
