Positive: It was a last minute booking after getting a cancellation as soon as we landed into Ho Chi Minh. Arrived late and was welcomed by the owner who took us to our room, arranged an extra bed and was super helpful. Apartment was spacious and beautifully presented.
Negative: It is a bit hard to navigate, so ensure you have the correct name as I’ve seen mentions from other tourists who got lost trying to find the location.

Positive: The location of the property is excellent — it's a quiet area, away from the crowds, yet still very convenient. Most places are just about 10 minutes away by Grab
Negative: The building itself is luxurious, and since the apartments are owned by different individuals, the quality and service can vary greatly depending on the owner. Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t great. Before our stay, I had read several negative comments—and I encountered the same issues. First, the directions given by the owner were inaccurate, which made it difficult for our Grab driver to find the location. The driver had to call the owner directly for clarification. It seems this is a recurring problem, but the owner doesn’t bother to fix it. The apartment was poorly equipped considering the price we paid. Upon arrival, we were told that the card machine was “broken,” and we were forced to withdraw cash from an ATM in multiple transactions—costing us extra in fees. The worst part, however, was the hygiene. The bedsheet was clearly not clean and old. Overall cleanliness was disappointing.

Positive: Met by the host on arrival and communication was great. Beautifully new apartment, impecably clean and comfortable with great decor. Comfortable bed, quiet location and great shower. Location was good - short walk over the bridge to D1 and a some great cafes nearby (Him Cafe does amazing coffee). There's even a Pasteur St Craft Beer bar across the road, and a park nearby.
Negative: Paying by cash was a real pain, especially since the local ATM only lets foreigners take 3,000,000 VND out at a time (and charges 50,000 VND for the privilege). A bank transfer or card machine would have been appreciated. Also, I booked a one bed room apartment but ended up with a studio which was strange. I was told the studio was more modern. There was no access to the pool or gym.
