Positive: The property was amazing. It is very centrally located but removed from the hustle and bustle. It is in the perfect quiet area and everything is an easy way away. Our unit (107) was even better than described. Great layout, plenty of room, and everything you need for a short or extended stay. Washer dryer was a great addition. It also has 24 hour front desk. The pool area on the roof is absolutely fantastic and other guests were so friendly. Great facilities, awesome views. The property manager, Daniel, was fantastic. He met us on arrival and was available to answer any questions.
Negative: Nothing of note
Summary: Fantastic stay. We loved it here. Will definitely book again.

Positive: This apartment was gorgeous! It was so comfortable overall and it was great to have the kitchen, washer/dryer and so much space to spread out (infinitely better than a hotel room). The view was nice, but they are building a building next door so we couldn't go out onto the balcony due to the noise and dust. We enjoyed the rooftop bar, pool and views though. That was better than being on the balcony anyway.
Negative: The towels were super nice, but they should supply more than one per person. We would shower before dinner and come back sweaty after dinner and need another shower and have to use our wet towels, which basically never dried. This isn't a cheap place so why be so stingy with the towels? The microfiber sheets weren't terrible, but cotton would be much better. They also don't have enough hangers. Like 10 total is not enough.

Positive: Great location and close to the popular restaurants and bars and beach. The place was very clean and great service by the staff. They provided a nice bottle of wine on our arrival. I have stayed here before and will definitely stay again. The roof top pool and bar was great.
Negative: I have no complaints
Summary: I recommend this condo as the entire place is spotless and great service by the building staff

Positive: The bed was comfortable I do think you should have cable or your own channels for tv watching though
Negative: No Kleenex No Wash Clothes and No rags for kitchen, also I would of liked something like Tide for Laundry detergent, and You should leave some Cleaning stuff for the Shower Glass and Granite Countertops , I wiped stuff down when I left and I stripped the bed but didn’t start washer. A Tv in the Bedroom would be nice also but I liked the condo if I had to say One really bad thing for me was Code for door Why do you need 8 numbers? I had a hell of a time remembering that code .lol
Summary: Was a nice stay , I prefer it when the housekeeper comes daily and does your laundry and makes the bed . I would of paid

Positive: #107 was very nice and the room felt safe and the door locking mechanism very sturdy and robust. Rooftop pool and views were superb! AC was excellent and cooled down the studio apartment very quickly and nicely. A must in humid, hot temperatures outside. The washer/dryer were excellent to use and have.
Negative: The description to Sail View 105 Room #107 said "Ocean View" but that is not accurate; it is a mountain view and with a building under construction right outside; if you stepped onto balcony and stretched out, you could barely see a little ocean. The two main entrances to Sail view 105, via the 5th floor main reception and the Planta Baja (PB) floor, were a little confusing at first to navigate. The room safe door was closed so it couldn't be used; we decided not to message the host. The shower was clean and spacious, but there is no lip to contain the water so the mat foot towel placed outside the shower door gets soaked constantly with every shower.
Summary: Very nice place and two-three blocks from the Malecon and the water. Would definitely return.

Negative: One of the two condos we booked #805 smelled of sewer and garbage the entire time. The other unit had an amazing view but several items were in need of repair. Later I received a message from the staff about a broken chair and they want to charge me full price for a deck chair that was worn from the sun and all we did was sit on it and the leg cracked. They need to inspect the condos before and after every reservation.
Summary: Was nice but not the best value for what we paid.
