Positive: Location has a perfect view over the sea, on the west side of the island, where is less traffic, near all restaurants and best beaches. But you definetly need a car because of the hills.

Positive: The view is amazing, and it's extremely quiet and private. Debbie was wonderful in checking us in and gave great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, which she marked on an easy to read map. They provided a baby cot and high chair for us which was really helpful when travelling with an infant. Definitely important to rent a car as whilst you can walk down to the beach, the road is fairly long and very steep.

Negative: There was no airconditioner in the main living room which meant it was very hot unless you wanted to hang out in the bedrooms the whole time, though of course they cannot control the weather!

Summary: Beautiful and quiet area of Mahe, with a great view and nice local beach.
