Positive: Very spacious, beautifully decorated, and home like house apartment. Hosts are kind and responsive. Easy to find, park, and leave to catch up early flight on next morning.
Negative: Kitchen is huge, having a lot of stuff - really a lot. But it does not fit for cooking.

Positive: Fantastic apartment! Exceeded all expectations. Clean, comfortable and with everything you need. Very close to the airport if you have a car. Sorry we were there for a very short stay, before a flight.
Negative: Everything was great.

Positive: The house is large and overall very warm - looks like a very happy family lives here. The place was clean and the host was helpful and kind. Location was perfect for early morning flights out of KEF
Negative: If you have any sensitivity to smoke this is not the place to stay. I felt overwhelmed by the cigarette smell that was in every room /bathroom and opening windows did not help. Sadly I was unable to sleep and would not have booked if I knew this was a place people smoked inside. I thought otherwise it was great and the host so kind but for future travelers they definitely should know.

Positive: This place is HUGE and is extremely convenient when you really want to spend a night close to the airport (KEF). About the space: it has multiple bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge living room and spacious kitchen. You can easily reside here with at least 8 people.
Negative: It's not a hotel or apartment: you're staying in someone's else's house and you're constantly reminded of that. Photoframes, food in the fridge, personal items in drawers, etc. That was something we didn't expect and it made us feel a bit uneasy at times. There was one room -presumably the master bedroom- which smelt extremely of cigarette smoke.

Positive: We chose this location to be closer to the airport as we were flying out. It was great and the host were responsive and helpful. The apartment was quite spacious and had everything we needed and more. The hosts even accomdated some of our adhoc requests that helped us a log way. Not close to the city, but if you are looking for a great stay close to the airport, this is perfect!!
