Positive: We had the 27 E, which was modern & was equipped with a private hot tub, 2 saunas, 3 bicycles and the selling point, THE FREE BOAT! Having a master bedroom with a set of toilet and bathroom downstairs worked very well for us! There were 3 other bedrooms with the second set of toilet and bathroom upstairs. The view of the lake from the inside was amazing. The large balcony looking out to the lake equipped with BBQ facility & dinning table was the cherry on top. A very peaceful and quiet place with abundance of free outdoor activities. Fishing gear & stand up paddle could be hired with reasonable price. There were abundance of plates, glasses, cutleries and cups. The hot tub was filled for us and ready to use. We appreciated the dryer in the laundry. Lots of timbers were supplied for the sauna and fire pit. Absolutely loved the view of the lake & having a boat, which you could either paddle or drive and immerse in tranquility of the nature.
Negative: No a/c or fan in bedrooms, so very hot in summer. Previously noted hole in fly screen in one of the bedrooms remained The air conditioner in staircase leaked & didn’t work properly. The lights over the cooktop did not work and they were not replaced despite we asked for it. Kitchen was missing a bread knife & a small knife. A wooden chopping board would have been nice. No champagne glasses, so we brought our own. Mosquitoes and March flies were horrible but it had nothing to do with the summer house. It was a part of the nature.

Positive: The house is a generous size. Kitchen is well equipped ( apart from a missing wine bottle opener ) but all one needs is there. The sauna was a very good size and well maintained apart from the terrace. Location was great- the swims at the lake were amazing. Lots of wild strawberries and even chanterelle mushrooms at the door step. Very quiet and peaceful right in the middle of beautiful nature.
Negative: First impression: why a Russian language sign at the gate? Makes you wonder if you accidentally crossed the border which is not a good feeling…also only Russian language TV channels. No Finnish TV at all even though the houses in Finland. Also house feels a little unloved and could be better cleaned, especially the terrace: paint coming off furniture, decking boards loose and nails out, cutlery drawer not clean, etc. And when you go to the shared facilities ( tennis court, football court, etc.)- it is all overgrown and not cared for. Seems the owners have given up on the place despite it having so much potential. The sauna, however, was very good. But again- furniture on the deck should be better maintained. Also would have been nice if it had been cleaned from bird poo, etc. Boat for the use of the guests was full of debris and water - we emptied that to be able to use it. A fabulous place with fabulous buildings but these need a lot more love and attention.
Summary: We loved our stay despite the initial scare of having ended up in Russia by accident. Beautiful stay by the stunning lak

Positive: A spacious, high, bright hall with air-conditioning in the house, a very good sauna with firewood on the shore, a boat at the disposal of guests, a lot of different equipment on the sports ground, devices for grilling on gas and for grilling on charcoal or wood
Negative: Only two of the four bedrooms had mosquito nets on the windows; triangular windows open directly above one of the beds, which is very inconvenient; the toilets had extremely small sinks and there was no soap in the dispensers; there was only two champagne glasses for eight guests, the grass and bushes in front of the terrace should be trimmed so that the lake can be seen.
Summary: a good place to have a short rest in a good company

Positive: The location is amazing - remote place right next to lake. Great views. The house was inside the forest 50 meters from lakeshore. The house was large, with fireplace. We booked the house with separate sauna building and hot tube - excellent for good calm days. If we would not have the issue with payments + cleanness would be a bit better, then it would be a 10 review.
Negative: 1) They accept payment only by wire transfer to their company account. We booked on a last minute so we had difficulties with this since we made the payment immediately but it took a day to arrive so owners asked us for cash saying that there have been several fraudsters... That required me to go to Imatra (30km) to take cash... They should then write on Booking.com that payment is possible ONLY with wire transfer. 2) Apparently this place has been affected by COVID19 period and current Russian sanctions since it's a place predominantly booked by Russians (all owners and service personnel are Russians as well). Seems this place lacks a bit of money since playgrounds look a bit like from THE LAST OF US, the blankets in the houses should be changed as they are worn off....

Positive: The location it's amazing and the extras like the hot tub and the small boat were amazing. The kitchen is rather equipped.
Negative: It maybe a cultural thing but somehow it was hard to sleep because there was a lot of light in the rooms. We are more used to sleep with a total dark. Maybe with some other curtains it would be better.
