Summary: One morning I ordered breakfast in my room, my husband picked it up. It was excellent, everything perfect. The next day I ordered the exact same thing in the restaurant. I could not have been more disappointed.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay till I left and went to eat lunch and found out that your front desk charged my debit card for the full stay again and the $100 deposit. It was only supposed to be $100 deposit as my husband had prepaid for the room a Christmas present. My card got declined at the restaurant and when calling the front desk, I was basically told sorry there is nothing they can do. As I sat in the restaurant having to tell the wait staff that I needed to drive home to come back and pay (very embarrassing). I then sat at the restaurant till my husband drove the 30 minutes to come pay for my meal. Your front desk admitted it was their mistake could only offered no help. Just a useless apology.

Summary: Everything was great. Like, EVERYTHING. Okay, the pillows were a little firmer than I prefer but were still great. The staff was friendly and on top of things, they actually cared!! Terrific breakfast, too.

Summary: We enjoyed the pool. Think maybe your should recolor the hair on your middle picture to be dark. So it’s ambiguous and you don’t just have three blonde ladies like the pool isn’t for everyone

Summary: Room was great. The staff at the restaurants were AMAZING! The staff at the front desk were not super helpful and seemed confused. One of the elevators was out and we were on the 7th floor. The hot tub was not hot and the jets didn’t work.
