Positive: It’s very centrally located, in a quiet court yard. There are microwave, washing machine and some kitchen utilities, which makes the stay very convenient. We eat our breakfast in. There are very good bakeries and butcheries nearby. The hosts are friendly and helpful.

Negative: The major bed is too soft, a firmer mattress will be much better. We had a small problem with the shower and it was resolved in a few days.

Positive: I can not recommend this place enough. We travelled as a group of friends who have been to Paris before and wanted to live like locals for the weekend, having local cafes, bars and shops that you might not find in guidebooks. This apartment is on such a lovely street, you could wonder around the local area for hours and find unique shops, friendly cafes and beautiful backstreets. The flat is perfect , good price and beautifully designed - there were 4 of us and there was loads of room. Laure herself made our weekend so special - she put so much effort in to suggesting places to visit. She made reservations for us, she gave us local knowledge and colloquialisms ("bobo") and was so friendly. We felt like she was the 5th person on our trip - in a really good way, not in a overbearing way! Would stay here again any day
