We have an excellent guest services team that are available to reply to any questions or queries you may have before, during and after your stay. Our home is equipped with high speed unlimited internet which allows you to sign in to your favorite tv services on our smart TV. Our high speed internet will also allow you to comfortably work from home should you need to.
Our guests are supplied with a starter kit of; tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cooking oil, seasonings, cleaning supplies inc. dishwasher tablets & laundry pods, toilet roll, shampoo & body wash.
We also supply hotel standard linens and towels for your stay. Should you require a linen change during your stay we can offer this service at an additional cost.

Check-In time is from 4.00pm, Check out time is no later than 10.30am. Where possible we can allow early/late check in/out times however this is not guaranteed and by request only.
A refundable security deposit of €400 will be collected offline prior to arrival.

If we are contacted by the management company or neighbors about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.

Summary: Since the property manager kept 120 of my deposit, I feel the need to vent. The builder is less than appealing. There was plastic trash outside of our front door during the entire stay. The home felt dirty. One of the downstairs toilets seats was broken. We had a family emergency and had to leave quickly, left the key inside of the apartment instead of the lockbox and was charged 120. The red carpet is filthy. Hot water was hit and miss- the pressure very low. Uncomfortable beds.

Summary: The property itself was clean and comfortable and quiet. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us. There was some construction taking place in the common hallways, although only construction material was visible.We were unable to get the main shower to work and did not get a reply from the property manager. This could have been due to the weekend check in.Otherwise, the property was a great spot to slow down and enjoy Ireland.

Summary: This unit was very clean and the online presence was accurate. For 4 adults however, we found the space a little tight. The second bedroom, especially. The location was great as it was a short walk to Lidyl’s (grocery store). The coffee machine instructions are a different type of machine. Needs updating. Also there was only 1 coffee pod available for the next morning. I reached out and they got us some the next day. All in all, it was okay.

Summary: We recently stayed here for 3 nights and were completely satisfied with this property. The four of us all agreed that the unit was very clean, comfortable, up to date, quiet, and well equipped. We found it to be in a fantastic location from which to explore Galway.: -We extensively used the public bus lines to and from Eyre Square that run by every 20 minutes well into the night. There are two different stops within a five-minute walk. At 3.80 Euro round trip it is much cheaper and quicker than Uber. We never had to move our car from our parking spot while in Galway. -The grocery store located across the parking lot was another plus. The property management of this property is to be commended for their excellent communication process before, during, and after our stay. This unit is a great place to stay!!
