Summary: We were pleasantly surprised at the convenient location, near all of the shops and restaurants as well as the amphitheater and river surfing! The house was well-appointed with all the comforts of home and was very clean. The instructions for check-in and check-out were well organized and easy to understand. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Summary: The Front Street condo was clean and comfortable. It was the perfect location for enjoying all of the river events, restaurants, and shopping.

Summary: This property was very clean and welcoming! The location was ideal and mostly quiet. The only piece of constructive criticism would be to have a manual on how to operate the fan remotes, ice machine, etc.

Summary: There were some minor property issues, but they were not even close to a deal breaker. The House was clean and bright and had everything we needed. My family had a wonderful time. I enjoyed being back in the Heart of the Rockies and in the heart of downtown. I was a geology student in Salida in the mid-90s, and it was great to see that this town is still strong. I loved seeing some of the same places I frequented are still around.
